To alleviate back pain, bone/joint/postural
problems or to prevent such issues before the arise, you need a posture
assessment and muscle balance check. This would take place during your
first personal training consultation and will determine which of the
four classic posture categories you fall into (you may well be a combination
of two or more -- see the diagram below), and which muscles may need
shortening or lengthening, all factors that may well be the cause of
pains/problems you are experiencing.

the benefits of your training. Equipment, such as Stability Balls and
Rollers, Pilates rings, Bosu and poles not suitable for class use will
